What is Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology Coaching is a coaching approach grounded in the science of Positive Psychology and related research, designed to help clients navigate transitions, set and achieve goals, and create other kinds of positive change in their lives, work, relationships, and well-being and to move toward greater happiness and success of whatever sort is meaningful to the client.
Coaching is not advice giving, psychological counseling or therapy.
I approach coaching from a holistic realm with a belief that all aspects of life are interrelated.
What It Entails:
6 sessions, 1 hour in length over the course of 3-4 months
Email / Phone communication in between sessions
A coaching framework to help you succeed in finding joy
